Jacques is French and has been living in the island for more than 30 years. He fluently speaks French, English and Greek.

He will welcome you either at the airport or at an easy meeting point according to your arrival time and convenience.

Thereafter, he will guide you to the villa and will give you the keys to the villa after giving you a tour of the villa.

Jacques will also introduce you to Mary, our housekeeper and arrange cleaning and maintenance times at your best convenience

He can also:

• Give you valuable tips about restaurants, beaches, sight seeings etc.
• Help you for any problem in the villa.
• Book a table in a restaurant, arrange a Greek meal for you at our villa or a tour of the island, and much more…

During your whole stay in our luxury villa in Skiathos, we include two 4WD cars (Suzuki Jimny or similar) during the period July-August or 2 C category cars for other months (possibility of an upgrade -fee applies-). Your cars will be waiting for you either at the villa (peak season) or at the airport/port.

A personal welcome at the airport and a VIP transfer to and from the villa in a private mini-bus (offered only for the peak season in July and August).

Mary, our trustful housekeeper will change the linen and towels every three days.

She will clean, mop and tide up the bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens and make up beds every day during very high season and twice a week during high and mid-season.

She will also clean the outside verandas and the outside areas.

Pre-shopping service: a few days days before your arrival, you can send us a list with the essential items you would like to find in the villa upon your arrival. You may pay the bill directly to Jacques.

Complimentary basket:  a basket with fresh fruit and some typical Greek products.

Additionally, you will find wine, beers and water in the fridge.

WIFI internet connection in the whole villa and in the garden by the pool.
