Villa Cassiopee is a spacious Greek luxurious villa situated in a peaceful location with
privacy guaranteed.

We get pleasure from stunning sea views during the day and bliss from gorgeous
eye-catching night sky views after having enjoyed a splendid nightfall.

During the summer nights, we lie down on the terrace and observe the wandering stars.

Our exclusive villa Cassiopee is named after the wonderful clear night sky where you can
observe thousands of stars and the milky way without being disturbed by city�s lights in a
beautiful and pure nature. You only hear cicadas song in the day and sheep bells in the
evening.

We experience wonderful and quiet evenings in the garden under the starry sky of Skiathos,
share a meal or have a party with our best friends under the shady porch, listen to the
cicadas� song in front of the stunning sea view, let our kids invent a thousand adventures in
the big garden. Many children don�t have the opportunity to be in contact with nature. Ours
love to learn the name of the trees (we have olive trees, palm trees, fig trees, eucalyptus,
lemon and orange trees, cherry trees, etc.), how to take care of them, how and when to water
them, etc.

This house is our family house. In the beginning, it wasn�t supposed to be rented. We chose
furniture and material of top quality. Every piece of furniture has his story. I think our guests
feel at home at Villa Cassiopee, because the house is very personal and cosy. It has a
traditional style, with character, and offers all modern comfort (dishwasher, microwave,
washing machine, but also satellite TV set with LCD screen and home cinema).

Kyr Panagiotis and Kyra Maria make you feel even more comfortable. They come two or
three times a week (preferably while our guests are out for swimming, walking, shopping or
anything else) and they are available to help for any problem that may be raised. They are
discrete and absolutely trustful. Kyr Panagiotis, a former sailor man now retired, allowed us
keep this house in perfect state and takes care of it in our absence. In fact, he also takes
care of us when we�re in Skiathos, bringing us fresh eggs, fresh fish and tons of vegetable
and fruit from his garden, so that our children eat healthy and quite biological food while in
Skiathos. He has taught plenty of things to our eldest son about nature and fishing and he
and his wife have become �part of the family�.

A specialised agent will welcome you, will drive you to Villa Cassiopee and will show you the
house around. She can also give you some advice about restaurants, bars, beaches or
activities, according to your desire.

At your arrival, you�ll also find a brochure with our suggestions and recommendations about
what we consider worthwhile to be visited in Skiathos, good restaurants, water sports, other
activities and other valuable information.

As you can see, we wish to offer you the most personal service and environment in order to
make your stay at Villa Cassiopee etched on your mind with the best holiday memories. This
is our objective and be sure that we will do our outmost to attain it.
