Rental Terms and Availability
Villa Cassiopee is rented on a weekly basis, with rental periods
beginning on Friday at 16:00 and ending the following Friday at 11:00.
One week is the minimum stay. If availability permits,
additional days may be booked for one-seventh the
weekly rate. Likewise, we may be able to modify your arrival and departure
day of the week if availability to other prospective guests would not be
compromised.

The table below shows the rates for rental of Villa Cassiopee.
There is a basic weekly rate depending on the season
for 5 persons, to which a daily rate is added for each night above the 7. 

You can use this table to calculate the cost of your stay.   
These prices include a car rental (C category with A/C 5
persons).

Car rental, C Category with A/C for 5 persons, is included in the price.
A deposit of 25% at time of booking will hold your reservation, with the balance due 45 days prior
to your scheduled arrival date. For the payment of the deposit you can wire funds by bank (please
ask for our bank account), use your paypal account or your credit card (visa, mastercard).
