For the outdoor areas, there are 10 chairs, 4 armchairs, 2 longchairs, a wooden table sitting 10
people, coffee wooden table, 2 wooden benches for 2-3 persons each.

There is also a built-in sofa sitting easily 6-7 persons. It is a wonderful out of the sun place during the
hot hours (14:00 to 16:00) of the day as an outdoor bed for a nap hosting comfortably 2 persons.

Outdoor areas offering sitting place any time of the day include the garden, the sheltered area
behind the villa, the outdoor living place, the covered terrace in front of the bedrooms, the 40m�
terrace in front of the living (which offers splendid moments of pleasure after the sunset). All of this,
within a 6.000 m� plot covered by pin trees,olive trees, plane trees and others.

Car rental, C Category with A/C for 5 persons, is included in the price.

The Villa Cassiopee is conveniently located just 8 km from downtown and airport.

At your arrival at the airport (or the harbour), we will drive you to Villa Cassiopee and show you the
house around. Advice about restaurants, bars, beaches or activities, according to your desire will be
given. At your arrival, you will also find a brochure with our suggestions and recommendations
about what we consider worthwhile to be visited in Skiathos.
